False Advertising and bad service

Its the 25th and once again Capitec Stop orders mean nothing. I closed my account with pathetic Nedbank only to hear the same and to battle again. Went 4 times in to their branches to submit my retrenchment documents, made a payment arrangement and guess what that wasnt even done. Im closing my account today. They are just as pathetic as the main stream banks. Now i need letters to have my stop orders reversed.
