Bad Credit Record

I recieved the money for the 3 months unpaid debit orders from Capitec bank, My main concern is that I have a bad credit record due to unpaid debit orders, I cant get any approval from the banks as I really wanted to buy a car, Since capitec was responsible for the unpaid paid debit orders for 4 months now. Capitec must liase with credit burea to sort my credit record 1 debit order did not go through last month again, My debit orders did not go through for 4 months in total. I have never experienced something like this in my life

Would really appreciate if this can be sorted out as I am also tired of going to Capitec bank every weekend to sort this issue
