I cancelled my comprehensive and small damage insuranceon 1 July 2013. I was then told that the small damage policy was never activated. I have however been debited for this policy each month for the last two years. I expect all these premiums to be repaid to me. The problem is that I have been unable to get in touch with anyone at their call centre since I cancelled the policies. The system asks me to enter my ID number and then I get cut off. This has happened numerous times. I have also logged various complaints on their website and received the following reference numbers: 1110236138, 1110236074 & 1110241554. Even after this I have not been contacted. I need to know what is going on!
