Simply Put, I had 2 Quotes given tome, I accepted one and Cancelled the other one. The cancellation e-mail was received and the other Quote was accepted and payment was taken shortly after. One month later the CANCELLED policy's deduction was taken AS WELL as the Current Policy. I Contacted them And was Helped QUICKLY and Very Friendly. Problem is, they refunded my Money for BOTH policies (which means One policy is now not been paid) but not the Admin Fee. I have tried to have then Contact me, but to no avail. This obviously is a problem as i Am currently not covered. This problem should not have happened as the policies have Different numbers. Except For that, I have NO complaint to Virgin Insurance as they are quick and friendly. It the efficiency that needs a little attention
