I will like to express my dissatisfaction the way my query was handled by FNB .From where I am standing, it looks like the I am fighting a losing battle that will need a serious Superior Legal Advice. HELLO PETER tried to intervine without any luck I am still sitting with the same problem. FNB did recognize that my conmsumer rights where valuated by upgrading my Account without my knowlage in 2001.All I am expecting is a full refund from July 2011 till to date. Consaltant by the name of Ephraim from Florida branch manage to track down total amount of R 2215.00 but someone from FNB head office failed to calculate and came up with short refund from his head. All I need is final justice to this matter.
