Dial Direct Insurance
Refund not correct

My mother took insurance with Dial direct online and for some reason the system generated 15 policy's and that same month end all 15 premuims went off my account. I requested a refund and that 14 policy's be cancelled was cancelled and waited a week for the refund and was paid but now it's not the right amount a shortfall of arount R500 still needs to be refunded!! Please help and refund the other monies!! Thanks.
