To much money in my acc

I have had an online acc with FNB for 4 years I have to spend a fair amount of time in England so the acc has only been used to receive a small monthly pension and to play SA lotto. However in early June I needed to transfer funds from uk into my acc as my grandson was thinking of visiting UK and would need me to make a loan to him for air fare.
However shortly after the funds were transferred my Smart acc was frozen, I found this out when trying to play a lotto. I have never been able to receive an OTP on this acc as the cell phone number I supplied and been wrongly entered on my original acc application. I have made many phone calls to Bracken City branch and even had my daughter call in on my behalf, I have been informed that the account was frozen because there was to much money in it! and not being able to get the OTP I have been unable move funds into a investment acc.
I must point out that when I opened the Smart acc I was not informed that there was a limit on the amount that could be in it Lynette Ackerman the lady who was helping me as now gone on leave and according to a message I received from her will return in March 2012!!
I will now have fly to SA to solve this problem
