1st of all i do acknowledge that im at fault for not paying my loan for 02 months. i receive an sms from Finbond informing me to make payments arrangment with FMF legal services, i then contacted them 2day. i wanted to at least pay R1000 a month until im financially stable but the lady i spoke who did not even tell me her name told me to pay R2500 reallly now? how can i afford to pay that amount when i couldnt afford to pay R1700 a month. i humbly ask to pay R1000 she refused and told me with a very ugly attitude that i must go back to my old installment which was R1700. i really cannot afford to pay that amount at the moment. i tried to explain that to her but i ddnt succeed. im requesting Finbond to pls intervene in this matter as im willing to pay but not R1700. what is a purpose of making paying arrangments when you do not have a say in how much you pay. please assist me.
