Unpaid Account - Feedback

HI, I have an African Bank account which was opened in 2008. At the time I was not permanently employed. My account has been in arrears. I made arrangements to pay the account since the beginning of this year and have not defaulted. I got an ITC listing and this is the only account in arrears. Is there any way that it would show that i am making payment. I spoke to someone at NCR and they say I should liase with you guys. I dont want to take another loan to free this. I tried speaking to the ladies at the branch and call centre but they just put me through different departments or can't help. Can someone please assist. Thank You...
