BAD SERVICE

In May Finbond deducted about R9000.00 on my bank. I signed a contract that they will deduct R2703.81. After many attempts I finally received a form for refund to be made to me. One instalment was still to be paid in June on the 26th as per our contract and this time I was owing them R2000. Today the 21st Finbond deducted R2703.81 on my account. When contacted no one wants to help me as I was told by the lady called Janet at Clanwillam office that the manager is not in the office so no one will help me. This was the last money I have to keep me till I get paid again. Their number is 0274822380. If I should have known that their attitude is like this I really shouldn't have involve myself with Finbond.
