We have been phoning now for 2 weeks and leaving messages with receptionist to speak to the relavant parties dealing with account, as fnb is constantly changing its staff, we have new people to ask for.
But no one has called us back!!!
We have asked to speak to the manager, but no answers their phones!!!
Its rediculous and beyond frustrating!!!
