Kindly be advised that I have closed my FNB Credit card account in Feb 2013, with a full settlement amount and the consultant confirmed to me that the account was closed. Even on my online banking profile, the account was terminated. Early this month I received a sms notification, stating that I am in arrears on my FNB Credit card with an amount of R61.94. I am confused and unhappy with FNB's process of making unethical. If this query is not cleared by the end of this week, I would concede to close all my accounts with FNB. Please retrieve the last voice recording regarding this Credit card account, dated February 2013, as there was an agreement were I requested a confirmation letter stating that I was closing the account. I don't want to fight nor to go to a branch for this kindly of that you are creating. Please clear that amount and close it urgently or I will have to take this matter to the Banking Ombudsman for assistance.
