POLICY BILL MESSED-UP, NO ACTION TO RESOLVE

I have a total of 4 policies that I pay with Avbob. Two of which I have had for over 15 years, without a claim! DO YOU NOT HAVE VALUES THAT ARE CUSTOMER-CENTRIC? HOW CAN I BE TRANSFERRED FROM PILLAR TO POST WITH NO SENSE OF SOLUTION FOR 2 MONTHS??? WHAT THE IS GOING ON THERE? CAN SOMEONE WITH SOME BRAINS PLEASE TALK SENSE AND RESOLVE THIS MESS IMMEDIATELY!!! Now you have given me all the reasons to be HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. The fact that it takes 2 months to not even have a solution to the mess that you created, drives me to a point where I am considering to cancel the recent 2 policies and take them elsewhere, if not surrender the other 2 as well and start all over elsewhere, not ideal, but I cant deal with a service provider that I cannot I trust!!!
