WAITING A MONTH FOR A SETTLEMENT LETTER

On the day of phoning to get my final settlement amount i was told after paying to forward proof and to phone the following day to request settlement letter which i did. Week later i was told my account is settled and its in the process to get a settlement letter. Week later i phone again was told will receive by the end of that day & IM STILL WAITING!!!
