No cancellation department???

Made an enquiry on 18th july as to policy for car and house insurance for gran, was given a quote. Called today 23 july to cancel same due to personal reasons... am given attitude and long story about why it CANT be cancelled. Well within 7 days right and NO premiums have gone out yet. ALL supervisors are EXTREMELY BUSY ON OTHER CALLS and no one can help??? Unbelievable. I havebeen waiting using MY phone for last 44 mins now. I am also going to Ombudsman and taking away my 3 other policies. Service pathetic yet you have no problem taking my money
