MiWay Cancelled - Still taking money!!??!!

I WAS Extremely happy with MiWay and would have recommended the to anyone, but now, NO!

So I bought a new car and phone around for quotes from other insurance companies and got a very good quote. I phone MiWay to cancel my current and then only they tried to beat the quote but couldn't get close.

Anyway, not the point.
Monday 21st Oct 2013 I cancelled my Policy.
Tuesday 22nd Oct 2013 they send me a text message 8PM to take my 'new' car for an Inspection.
(By this time I thought the 1st Policy was cancelled and that I never signed up a second)
Wednesday 23 Oct 2013 I asked them to contact me to fine out what is happening (Still waiting..)
Thursday 24 Oct 2013 my account was debited by MiWay again (Presumably the difference for the current month insurance which has been cancelled)
Friday 25 Oct 2013 (Today) I have tried to get in contact with them.

..NOTHING..

I assume I am going to have to write another Complaint Report on the money which I should be refunded as the policy has been cancelled on Monday (According to me) and not yet been refunded, so they will most probably argue and take the money for another 4 days?!

Upset and Angry!!!
