I have a funeral policy with Metropolitan, send them an e-mail on the 25/6/2013 with an urgent inquiry, never received any response but only automated response that the e-mail was received.
On the 17th July I sent another follow up e-mail still no response. This is not the service i expected from them and if something happens to this policy someone will have to take the responsibility.
