Dear ABSA

The lack of assistance, people skills, customer service and knowledge from your call centre and your branch manager is unacceptable. I have had 3 debits against my savings account without ANY correspondence!!! I have explained to EVERYONE that I was placed under Administration in 2008 and that they are not legally allowed to debit my account. No-one is able to assist me. I want the R9800 refunded to me! The branch manager speaks to me at the tellers counter in front of everyone and gives me a telephone number to call. The call centre agents are rude and clueless! Proof of the court order placing me under administration was sent through but still no luck.

Please can someone get back to me that is able to assist. Not someone who wants to pass the buck!!
