Billing on the wrong date

I took a policy with clientele recently. After realising that the date which the consultant had chosen for the debit would not be conducive I wrote them an email telling them to change the date. I received a confirmation email saying they would get back to. But they did not. Instead they took money from my account when I had told them I do not want them to do so on any date before the 25th of each month.
