Discovery uses incompetent service providers!

Being clients of Invest who had never claimed before, it is shocking to endure the service levels we are currently experiencing from your service providers for a small claim, i cant imagine the horror if it was a car or home claim!
We have lodged a freezer claim, i understand that the Admin Co administers this on your behalf, they in turn sub-contract the work to another pathetic repair company.
They have never called before coming through in advance as we have requested as people do not sit at home and wait indefinitely, and we have also been made to wait numerous time for them to pitch up after them promising that they were 5mins away etc.
We have had a wallet mysteriously vanish in their presence.
Quoted and was paid to fix my oven, still does not work.
Removed freezer, no stock of spares, on feedback on when it will be returned from the admin co, the manager is useless and does not respond to valid queries.
Please advise what spares are needed for my freezer to be returned, and i will source them personally.
If it is not returned by the end of week - i will report it as and lodge a claim against Discovery as i do not know where it is as there is no correspondence
