RIP off Client & making inetest at clients money

I cancelled the policy two months ago, but Sanlam Life Cover continue deducting money out of my salary and when I asked why continue with deductions, they tell me it is procedural since they make a stop order. my question is why make a stop order which they can leave it open, incase a client decide otherwise like in my case and I what to believe I am not the first one to cancell a policy for the years Sanlam has been operational country wise. How about people who are illiterate who maybe do not even take notice of small issues like mine into consideration that means so much of foul play has been taking place and money is not reversed immediately they talk of 21days waiting period, for what? seriously my name has been messed up by not paying my debts on time. please help me to get my money and not deduct anymore from my salary. they do not even communicate with you till I called otherwise I could have been easily robbed. hope you will assist me in getting my money quicker.
