I tried to use my internet and mobile banking today, the application stated i was not registered, so i followed the steps to register.
To my dismay and frustration, my details could not be validated.
i entered the correct details and then i get a message to state i should go into the branch to have the details reset. I am highly frustrated and refuse to go into a branch to sort ths out. This is such an inconvience.
I am a point of closing this account and moving to FNB!!!
So much for simple better faster???
