I actually see that there is no one who is willing to help, regardless of the emails and I have send to Dipuo at the SOS dept and the collections operations manager Mbali Nkabinde. It seems as if ABIL hires people who actually can't do their job and keep promises to their clients whereby they end saying it's my choice to either takes this complaint further or not. One of your team leaders early this year also changed my debit to R550 without my approval of which is really not acceptable and its declared as. I need ABIL to cancel the insurance on my account and explain on why were they charging me interest twice in a month, and why didn't the consultant advise me that I will be charged R260 upon the approval of my application. My debt isn't going down regardless of the payment arrangements I made with you since last year. I need answers and reimbursement for all the calls that I have been making to you. There is also NAEDO tracking on my account and I'm getting charged for every debit. I also need a credit for that. Tell those I have mentioned above that they are incompetent do not deserve the position that they were promoted to.
