I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE RECIEVED SUCH BAD SERVICE EVER!!! ON THE 12 JULY MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THE BANK SO I COULD OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT AS I DONT HAVE ONE ON MY NAME, WE DIDNT HAVE THE DOCS THAT WERE NEEDED SO I WAS TOLD BY RORISANG THAT I SHOULD COME BACK ON THE MONDAY AT 12:00 AND HE WOULD HELP ME RIGHT AWAY, THIS WAS NOT SO I ENDED UP WAITING AN HOUR JUST FOR HIM TO HELP ME WITCH TOKE ANOTHER HOUR TO GET THE THINGS SORTED THAT HE NEEDED TO DO, NEVER MIND ME GETTING INTO TROUBLE AT WORK HE THEN TELLS ME OF HE CANT DO ANYTHING NOW AS IT HAS BEEN SENT TO THEIR HEADOFFICE BECAUSE OF MY SURNAME AS I AM RECENTLY MARRIED. IT HAS NOW BEEN 8 DAYS LATER AND YET NO ONE NOT EVEN HIS MANAGER CAN TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY APPLICATION JUST TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT FOR MY SELF, THEY TRY AND TELL ME THAT MY APPLICATION IS AT SARS AND THEY CANT DO ANYTHING UNTILL SARS DO WHAT THEY NEED TO DO, SARS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH TRYING TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT!!! SO TODAY I STILL SIT TRYING TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT AND NO LUCK!!! HOW HARD CAN IT NOW REALLY BE??? SOMEONE HELP ME!!! 1
