Poor service with regards to repairs

It has been 2 months since I have reported my smartphone device faulty with FNB, yet the consultant has not been efficient with assisting me with the problem at hand. I have had my phone since February 2013 and I have requested for the phone to be replaced as it started giving me problems with 3months of purchasing it. My calls for help with this matter have fallen on deaf ears. yet I have never missed a payment for my phone. I feel like my consumer rights have been trampled on by FNB, which is receiving their full monthly installments for a faulty device that has been sold to me. I have received forms from the consultant handling my query but she has sent me incomplete repair documents which I need to complete. I have emailed her with this regard, however she has still not responded to my email. I feel cheated by the FNB smartphones division.
