Debit order going off, but creditors not paid!!!

Hyphen PDA have been doing a debit order off my account for probably the last 2 - 3 years in accordance to my court order. Firstly they've only been sending me statements for the last 2 months. There was an unpaid amount as one description next to one of the creditors, and some others said Frozen in PDA. For 2 months I've been comnacting them to find out what this means and NO ONE gets back to me. Then, when I received one of my cresditors statements, it showed that no payment has been made for 2 months and I now get charged a late fee!!! I sent them an urgent request to find out what's going on and no one responded. I then got another statement from another creditor and this one also showed as not being paid for 2 months, again incurring a fee!!! I still do not get a response from anyone, and they have now caused me to be in breech of my court order, which is a very serious offence!! I can not believe that no one has the decency to respond to me!! I want to see exactly to which accounts they've been making payments, with proof of payments attached. Also, I want to know what they are doing with my money, if they are not paying my creditors???
