Account paid up, yet i still have to pay

On the 31/7/2013 i received a letter stating that the account was paid in full. I had already made a payment before seeing the paid up letter on the account. Since August 2013 i have tried to get the R200 repaid to me. I have been charged an adjustment amount of R40 odd and will only receive a R150 payment from Nimble.

Since the letter states paid and i have over paid, i don't see any reason for me being penalised for Nimble mistake.

No one will tell me who to speak to, no one takes responsibility let alone will they tell you there is, was or maybe a problem.

True to form these companies are truly taking the public for fools and treat them accordingly in this manner.
