African bank do not care

We went to get a loan from African Bank bridgette assisted us in the cresta branch she gave us the quote we accepted signed the contract then waited and waited. Over a week and nothing we went to the head office whom informed us that sorry but she messed up and now because of their staffs mess up they can now offer us less money they could offer us less??? We needed the money so had to take it as it was there fault. We were promised the money would be in and todate still nothing worse bank ever there staff is incompetant the managers don't help surprised they still going worst service eve
