I logged a few inquires regarding must 14 year bond account. To date their are unresolved inquires. Staff irritated due to my inquires. I requested they advise me to the correct, competent person. That was asking to much as well! Code of business practice definitely not being used by absa staff. I was also advised to contact the ombudsmen with an attitude! I requested a copy of my contact. No feedback to date. Please could a qualified, competent, efficient person contact me to resolve these overdue inquiries?
