Absa
Cheque account closed

In May i received a sms from Absa to say my cheque acc was in arrears by R99.I advised them to close the acc as i no longer used it. In August i got a sms notification to say i owe the R429.I called the nr which they requested me to contact them. However it was homeloans and the agent advised me that he will make a note. I would like to find out what that amount owing is for since i have not used my account in 4 months. I received a letter to say i owe absa R568.I have been phoning that nr on the letter and got through to Venushney Govender. I explained the situation and she referred me to Hillary De Klerk. However i have been phoning absa several times on 0115107145-011227013-0860111999-08607296367.This is all the numbers i had to call and no seems competent to help me. I feel disappointment and let down because i always encouraged friend and family to takeeir business to Absa. Now this is my thankyou.
