On Wednesday last week I have transferred money accidentally to my old credit card. This card is blocked and I do have a new card. I realized that I have made a mistake and immediately contacted the bank. I had to send a mail and all details with the receipt, which I did. Since then I have to ask all the time for an update with very poor response. I have asked to reverse the transaction, but nothing until very day, one week later, has been done. I am currently in SA for training and cannot settle any bills nor buy something. I received promises that I will be updated before day end. Absolutely nothing has been done till this very minute. This is the worst service I have experienced in my entire life from any bank. Shocking...!
