TRYING TO RIP ME OFF

Absa owe me money due to a vehicle settlement, plus they owe me an instalment. Initially they provided me with special settlement etc. After asking for my money now, I am told they first made a mistake. Then someone else call me today who cant even speak properly and sheepishly gives me another pathetic excuse. Thank I financed with another bank now. Bottom line its in their previous RECORDED CONVERSATIONS, they will refund me. I have the settlement letter from them, now they disputing their own comments and saying the letter is a mistake. WHAT UTTER NONSENSE, I WANT MY MONEY . IT BELONGS TO ME NOT YOURLL. DONT T=RIP THE INNOCENT PUBLIC OFF.
