I contacted ebucks on the 2nd of July to do a transfer of my ebucks to my wifes account since there was a special she was trying to get. The operator put me through to validate my pin, but it didnt work (pin was correct). So he advised me to send a mail to [Email Removed] subject, OTHER, and explain that i want to transfer my ebucks to a specified account. It was said to take 2-3 business days to complete. about a week or so later I contacted ebucks again since no movement happened. The operator then said there is no trace of the mail. (i have a copy of the sent mail) So we telephonically initiated the transfer (this time the pin DID authenticate. I enquired if we could escalate the query since I have been waiting from the 2nd already) the Lady replied that they would action it by COB that day. As of yesterday, still no activity on the account, so I Phoned again. This time Faye answered and replied the system is off, she cant help me, but would phone me back. That never happened as well. So now, I have phoned 3 times, sent a mail and still there has been no action on the query, and hence my wife lost the opportunity to purchase a product that was on special. VERY bad service.
