I contacted Mi-way insurance on the 9.12.2013 to register a claim. I waited for 20 minutes and i was never transfered to an agent. I even left my number on the voice prompt to be called back. I called again numerous times on the 9.12.2013 and still i received no assiatnce.
I decided to dial in again on the 10.12.2013- i called 4 times and i never reached an agent. I then decided to log my call as new client, and guess what, my call was answered within 4 minutes, I spoke to Darryl or assured me someone from the claims section would call me back or he would himself. Guess what, im still waiting. Its definately time to change insurance companies. Terrible Service. policy no 3070719.
