Miway messing with claim & trying to retract offe

2 weeks ago i was involved in an accident, reported incident and the next day i called Miway to give again to give all the details of the accident, the call was very detailed & lasted close to 45 minutes. I spoke to Johan Ras who was to be my claims handler. After the call and my details taken for my 1 month courtesy car, i didnt hear back from Miway except through email asking for further documents. Which i duly supplied, incl copy of car registration papers and finance settlement later. Last week friday i get an email with the assessors report stating they want to write my car off and that i have 2 options:
1. they either settle my car with the bank or
2. they pay me out 65% of the car value and i get to keep my car and fix it myself.
Since then i have been emailing asking for details and for someone to actually call me to explain... nothing, till yesterday where now a senior claims advisor (Anton) is calling telling me they want to come interview me about the accident, and that the claim isnt finalised as yet & that moving my car to Boksburg??? Where who knows what will happen there and how safe it is considering it's a "write-off"garage, and good working parts might be.
