Sometimes I wonder if anybody is actually working at African Bank and if it's just a ghost ship. I have enquired about an account of mine. Eventually on 05-08-2013 I received a statement. When further enquiries were done on this account... guess what... silence.

I am under debt review and from what I can see from the statement, the account is now in credit due to the debt reviewer paying into this account, while the account was actually already paid up? This propbably happened because the debt reviewer also could not get hold of African Bank? I tried phoning, but for some reason a call never gets answered at African Bank. I went to the Centurion branch to do my enquiry, where I was only referred back to African Banks' legal department.

I would like to know what the status on my account is and if I'm actually reading the statement correctly that it is in fact in credit and if so, will they refund me?
