I have never experienced such bad service in my life and they honestly seem to not give a about the client who is the only person that suffers. Due to their lack of service and not doing their job correctly I was unaware that I was not insured for my vehicles as the agent didn't not reinstate my policies correctly as instructed and when I question it they make it my problem and offer no apology and I get endless excuses. will cancel all my policies with these and rather go to a proper insurance company. stick to running gyms as it seems all virgin is capable of...
