I didn't really want to do this here but I have no choice. your products are excellent and your website is excellent. But your Private Clients customers service is SHOCKING.

I have tried calling the call center, and all the person on the other end does (they seem to be a glorified IVR) is put me through to my banker" who's line is always on voicemail.

I have completed about 5 "contact your Private Banker" requests through FNB Online Banking and all I get is an email saying it was received and NOTHING else happens.

There are multiple issues with my account, such as having received 4 duplicate credit-cards, my Ebucks is broken and apparently I don't have Credit Card account when I can see it every time i login. But I can't find anything to help me because your Private Clients bankers never answering anything...

To be honest its easier to just have a normal cheap account and go into a branch, at least I get some service then.
