I RECENTLY APPLIED FOR A LOAN FROM AFRICAN BANK. EVERYTHING WAS APPROVED, I SIGNED ALL THOSE DOCUMENTS ETC, GAVE THEM THE DOCUMENTS THEY NEEDED, ONLY TO FIND OUT A WEEK AND A HALF LATER THAT MY LOAN WAS DECLINED BECAUSE MY COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A HR DEPARTMENT. I AM AN EXISTING CUSTOMER OF AFRICAN BANK, MY ACCOUNTS ARE UP TO DATE. I WAS JUST INFORMED VERBALLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, NO ONE HAD THE DECENCY TO SEND ME SOMETHING IN WRITING TO SAY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. I PHONED CALL DIRECT, I WAS IMMEDIATELY ASSISTED, WITHOUT ANY PAPERWORK.
AFRICAN BANK, SEEMS LIKE YOUR SERVICE LEVELS HAVE DROPPED... YOU HAVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER.
