I applied for African Bank loan on the 31st of August and my loan got approved and I was 'repeatedly' told by the consultant that the loan will pay out within 48 hours. To date, I still haven't received payment. They keep requesting documents only when I follow up with the process of the application. It is highly frustrating as a client because I went there with the hope of receiving the money in my bank account within 48 hours.

African Bank is quick to blacklist many of their clients yet too slow to pay out. Had I known of their SLOW process I would have went somewhere else. Imagine if you are a parent and needed to pay your child's school fees and they take their time like this.

I have been highly inconvenienced & not happy at all. From other reports that I have read, its quite clear that this is African Bank's style and way of doing things. Lying and false advertising is very low for a credit provider this 'big'. If the process takes 100 years to complete, why not just be upfront about it so that client expectations can be met?

I lost my phone and informed the consultant to contact me via email but I had to follow up with them half the time. I am livid and Inconvenience
