The worst and bad service keeps on

This week I complained about MFC and the incredibly bad service least to say, after all the mess they have done again they call me sending me a debt collector because my car is in arrears with one month, I been trying to get hold of them with no luck now they pull this rubbish, if there is anyone responsible in this institution can you please give me a call because I am really close to calling the ombudsman and reporting this kind of bad advice and financial service, I sent all the details required that I been recently retrenched at work and I want to find out what arrangements can be made instead you have debt collectors calling me I hope you are aware of what this is going to cost MFC and its incompetent staff
