DEBT COLLECTOR WANTING TO CALL POLICE ON CUSTOMER

I am very upset about the way the debt collector behaved herself yesterday 28/01/2014 @ 8h30.
When my dad passed away in 2010 I became responsible for paying the bond and living expenses as my mom is unemployed. Soon I had financial problems as I could no longer pay my full installment on my lewis acc. I have made arrangements to pay R200 monthly and have been doing so, but still they call and send threatening sms's like "wane gan j dan jo lewis rek betaal" as if I am not paying. Last night was the ultimate. A debt collector and the driver NIzaam arrived at my mom's house after 8pm. She asked me when I am going to pay and I answered month end. She said no you cant pay R200, because its not enough, I will now take this furniture, my mom then said but this is not lewis furniture where she said oh well then give me proof of purchase and then asked the driver to ask her husband who was in the lewis pick up truck to call the police. Where in debt collections have you heard of such a threat calling the police, WHAT FOR!! She then insulted my mom's home, by saying that her house looks far better than this. I am utterly disgusted by this and will report her to the Debt collector council!
