Applied for a prepaid on the 25 June, every time I phone the help desk they give me a different story, waiting for validation and payment will be made in 10 working days. Consultant that works on it will phone me back but this never happens, I will phone the help desk again after a couple off days and then a different story will be given or all in order and payment will be made but again after a couple off days nothing happens and I have to call again. This has been happening for the last couple off weeks now and this needs to be sorted out ASAP.
