Absolutely FED UP for poor service

Cell C is all about "time to change", "keep your number" but oh boy, try and switch and see what they really offer. I have now been waiting since 7th of June (day of application) for my new contract and phone. First of all they do not keep you posted. If you want to know where you stand and how far the application is, don't wait for feedback from them - CALL YOURSELF!!! I have to phone every 2-3 days, just to find out that there is a new problem. First it was a back log of applications (who's problem is that, mine???) and then the application was successful but then it has to go through validations, another 24 hrs. Then nobody keeps you posted again.

So another couple of days pass with the application being successful and the validation has been done, so I have to phone again. This time, for the call centre to tell me everything is fine and the courier service will phone me now, and delivery will be done 3-7 days. Today is the 20th - guess what I phone again. Sorry mam there seems to be a problem with the port??? I mean really - you could have told me about this problem on Monday already.

But NO - LETS KEEP HER GUESSING!!!
