DHL whats happening never had such bad service

I have had a package in customs for more than a week after 3 days I had to phone DHL to find out why its still in customs, after a couple of phone calls to DHL i get told that they require proof of payment that I forwarded to them immediately, after few more calls and no change to status of package made an online complaint to DHL. I then received a mail back saying that they will contact me after the weekend. That did not happen. I then had to phone again not just once a couple of calls to DHL only to be told that they need freighting charges invoice from me. DON'T DHL know what they are charging for freighting from China to South Africa or is there a lack of communication within DHL also. Another thing don't believe DHL when they say they will phone you back you will die waiting for that call. This was a good freighting company and have had good experiences with them before. Never have I had so much problems, I am a one man bussiness and don't have time for this. Sorry DHL but things have to change for the better.
