No one getting back to me about my Business Acc!

I have been an FNB client for years now. The service over the past couple of years has been great, however unfortunately this is changing.

I applied online for an FNB business account. After a frustrating month of doing this because the website deletes certain info that you upload, then you have to start again. I eventually got it right. Once everything was uploaded I got a call from FNB to notify me that the info was received and my account just needs to be validated.. obviously I did not have a problem with that... until one of my business partners received a validation call WEEKS later.. however this was unsuccessful as his phone battery died, but there was no attempt from FNB to call back. Another week went by and another validation call was made but to the 3rd partner of my company, who at the end of the call was told that he does not have a credit record, therefore the validation was unsuccessful again. Another week went by and I eventually got a call! but this too was unsuccessful. I was then informed that a courier services would rather fetch my business documents to do the validation..BUT i am still waiting! I have a business to run and the service from FNB is disjointed!
