I registered a claim with Outsurance Monday morning around 09h00. Leak from the ceiling area into my bedroom.By the time the plumber arrived, it was 17h00, my carpet was drenched... you have a very poor business process Outsurance.
I could not use my bedroom for the past 3 days waiting for the carpet to be replaced. Today someone calls me and tells me Angelique is sick and that she had registered the claim incorrectly... after 3 days... and all the while I am waiting for my carpet to be replaced... the simple excuse was... apologies... it was "human error"... more like human sloppiness if you ask me... now I await to see what happens next... the claim has to be re-registered... and they will let me know further... Shame on you Outsurance... for bragging to the public but really cannot deliver efficiently... you have a business process problem...
