I am not just disappointed but disgusted with the service from FNB thus far, since upgrading my account to private client I have just had trouble and disgusting service from FNB Private Client
I don't see the use of being a private client if I get far better service from being a Gold or Platinum client, I am paying fees for an account which I am hating every second of
My debit order was returned and I was charged failed debit order fees, which I fail to understand. Every month (even confirmed from the private banker) my debit orders goes off and I transfer money into my account to settle the account. This month same thing happens but all my debit order get returned? Why this month? and why do I get charged if all the previous months all was fine? There is no consistency from FNB?
The private banker said he would request the debit order to re run in 2 conversation we had, but this morning I get an email requesting banking details and reference number? Seriously? Is this the service you get from FNB? You say one thing but do another?
I am seriously thinking of moving my account to another bank which can provide proper and decent service
