On Sat 13/07 around 7.30 called 0860 nr for above company. Wife is in Aus, small hassle with drawing cash at ATM using Forex card. I was lucky enough that Hemrisha took my call / query. What a pleasant person, took details and re-assured problem would be fixed asap. And she did, even tried to call my wife in Aus. Yesterday, I got hold of her again, to double check a certain amount was reversed, and it was.
