On the 4th of January 2013 I went to the ATM to withdraw money at about pass 8 to 9 pm and my card was swallowed by the machine, in the morning I went to the bank to report the issue and as was in the bank I see sms on my phone someone has drew my money somewhere else which it was about R1900. then I was tolled to raised a dispute immediately which I did and said they will get back to me in 14 working days with the results of investigation. till today I have no feedback from bidvest bank, when I follow up the always say please leave you details will make sure the department will call you and email you the feedback.services is worse than I thought
